Iesha is passionate about creating social change.  She wants to a fairer society for all and increased opportunities for the disadvantaged to succeed.

Iesha has extensive experience as a middle and senior manager in the English education sector. She is the lead author of ‘The Talent Challenge’ which explores how managers can motivate, develop and retain staff, drawing upon lessons from a variety of industries.

Currently, Iesha splits her working week between being an associate at the ‘think and action tank’ LKMco and being a maths teacher. She is also an experienced governor in the Early Years phase.

Iesha is an effective independent consultant and coach specialising in developing expertise and capacity of  middle and senior managers.  She is regularly asked to write and speak about leadership, authenticity, education, and challenging the status quo. Transparency, developing staff autonomy and building effective relationships are key to Iesha’s approach.
